I will need to know

• The name of the piece you wish to order
• The code of the piece
• The glaze you would like
• The quantity
  
• Whether you need a pump or pebble pool
  
  450 pump (wall bowls)
  1000 pump (balls and spouts)
  1500 pump (balls and spouts)
  Pebble pool (single ball)
  Pebble pool (three balls)

I require a deposit to proceed with the order. This may be a cheque, sent to the above address, or I can process most credit or debit cards by phone.

When the work is complete, I will invoice for the outstanding amount.
